Inactive Employees will not be carried into the new payroll year.

To create a new Payroll year

• Open a company
• Click on File > New > Payroll Year
• Enter 2018 as the new payroll Year
• Click the Create Payroll Year button

Use Utilities > Edit Tax Rates to verify 2018 tax rates for the current company
